Senior Manager FP&A (Zürich)

We're looking for a Senior Manager FP&A/ Controller to oversee global financial accounting and reporting, technical accounting and procurement activities at our rapidly growing startup. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the Sr. Manager FP&A/ Controller will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all global financial data.

What You’ll Do

• Lead global financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes to align with the company’s strategic goals
• Establish and maintain strong global financial controls and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards to optimize performance and mitigate risks
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making processes
• Analyze financial data, including profit and cost analyses, and create reports for leadership in support of improvements or strategic changes 
• Establish and maintain end-to-end procurement processes with accountability for 3rd party vendor/ tool selection, vendor onboarding, invoice payment, vendor management and vendor offboarding
• Oversee the global finance and accounting practices and processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with global accounting standards
• Implement scalable processes and tools for budget management and reporting
• Complete global payroll, tax and compliance reporting
• Lead global financial audits from preparation to completion
• Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes, systems, and tools to support the company’s rapid growth

What You’ll Bring

• 6+ years in FP&A or Strategic Finance with experience at a high growth startup
• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance or MS/MBA 
• CFA/CPA is a bonus
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, including expertise with Excel, Google Sheets, SQ, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to cross-functional teams

• Experience working with modern software and systems

Location: Zürich

Logistics: Hybrid with 2-3 days in office. We’re excited about candidates who want to contribute to our in-office culture.
