Inventory Analyst

*Note: This position requires presence in our San Jose Headquarters 5 days per week.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of inventory tracking within the supply chain, ensuring accurate records and timely updates within our ERP system
    • Monitor aging work orders and purchase orders using ERP reports
    • Prepare reports for cash flow analysis
    • Monitor accuracy of ERP transactions
  • Perform regular cycle counts in conjunction with Warehouse Associates
  • Analyze and reconcile inventory discrepancies, investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions
  • Generate data integrity reports for item setups
  • Be the single point of contact for Accounting on all inventory transaction related queries
  • Communicate with Buyers and Supply Planners for purchase order discrepancies/missing paperwork (COC, packing list, closed PO, etc)
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory tracking and transaction processes
  • Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize carrying costs
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements related to inventory management
  • Travel to data centers across the US for inventory management purposes
  • Set up a cycle count process at multiple data center locations and track spare part inventory

You

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Have 2+ years experience in Materials Management, Logistics, Operations Planning, or related fields
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MRP software, and other scheduling software

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with AI / ML / Deep Learning
  • NetSuite experience
  • 2-4 years of Inventory Management experience
  • Experience with a variety of scheduling software

Salary Range Information 

Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $76,680-$109,080. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
