IT Support Engineer

*Note: This position requires presence in our San Jose office location 4 days per week; Lambda’s designated work from home day is currently Tuesday.
What You'll Do
As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and systems. You will provide hands-on support to our employees, troubleshooting a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our IT assets, implementing new technologies, and contributing to projects that enhance our infrastructure.
You
- Have 4+ years of experience with critical IT systems and services supporting user productivity, SaaS services, inventory management, and customer service.
- Have experience across multiple client operating system platforms
- Have experience in basic networking configuration and troubleshooting
- You are someone who pays attention to detail and has the ability to produce high quality documentation
- You are action-oriented and have a strong willingness to learn
- Are an excellent communicator and thrives in an engineering centric environment
Nice to Have
- Specific experience with Google, AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platform and service infrastructure
- MDM configuration and management experience (JAMF, Intune)
- SaaS IDP administration experience (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Okta preferred)
- Experience working with regulatory and compliance overlays
- Experience with day to day use of Atlassian software products
Salary Range Information
Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $102,000-$146,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
