About the Role
The RMA Repair Technician is responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and testing of products returned under Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This is a critical role that will ensure customer satisfaction by restoring product functionality and minimizing return processing time.
What You’ll Do
- Receive, inspect, and document returned products
- Perform repairs according to technical specifications and company repair procedures
- Replace defective components
- Complete detailed repair reports documenting procedures, findings, and parts used
- Identify and report recurring issues that contribute to product improvement initiatives
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment, adhering to safety regulations and procedures
You
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in electronics repair or troubleshooting
- Have a strong understanding of electronic principles and schematics
- Have experience in the machine learning or computer hardware industry
- Have experience with diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Are detail-oriented and meticulous with a strong commitment to quality
- Are able to work independently and as part of a team
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Six Sigma
- Experience diagnosing servers and workstations
- Have solid system-level debugging experience and familiarity with board bring-up and customer support

Salary Range Information
Based on market data and other factors, the hourly range for this position is $25-$30 per hour. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
