AI Engineer, Customer Care [CDI]

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and driven individual with a keen interest in early-stage startups and consulting experience in Data Science, particularly with projects involving Large Language Models (LLMs).

Tasks

Attached to the Operations and Data-Science teams, as the first Data Scientist dedicated to customer care, you will mostly collaborate on :

  • Pre-Sales : serve as the primary point of contact for our prospects, understanding their needs and providing our Sales & Marketing teams support in the seller’s journey (demos, technical Q&A, negotiations);
  • On-boarding : Guide our clients through the setup and deployment of their GraphRAG solutions, Verify and ensure data quality through effective data cleaning techniques;
  • Customer Success : build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention, act as Project Manager when needed: prepare meeting slides, animate meetings, share meetings minutes, communicate with external and internal stakeholders, provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and tools to maximize their use of our products;
  • Internal initiatives : collaborate with internal teams (Product, Data Science, Marketing, Sales) to ensure successful delivery of our solutions tailored to customer needs and requirements, document code, data pipelines, and models comprehensively to facilitate knowledge sharing across Lettria,strengthen engineering practices, participate in code reviews,
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and ML, integrating new methodologies into existing systems;
  • Attend industry events and conferences with Sales & Marketing to engage with our audience and stay updated on the latest trends in our industry.

Requirements

About You :

We're very open about the profile of the person who's going to join us. However, we have listed some characteristics that indicate you may be a good fit for the job.

  • 2-3+ years of experience in consulting roles on Data Science projects for enterprise customers, preferably in international consulting firms or AI software companies.
  • Ability to collaborate with C-level executives (Head of Innovation, CDO, CTO) and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a simple and convincing manner, and a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and self-organization skills.
  • Fluency in both English and French (oral and written).

  • You have personally acted as project manager for the delivery of a client project.

Additional Information:

  • Location: Offices in inner Paris
  • Process: You will meet all co-founders, our Product Manager, and undergo a technical assessment with the Data Science team.
  • Salary: €50,000 - €60,000, depending on experience + benefits (transports, meal vouchers, 100% health insurance coverage)
