Associate Product Manager (Integration and Platform Services)

The Customer Engineering team plays a crucial role in building scalable, self-serve integrations and onboarding frameworks, ensuring seamless data flow between CcaaS, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
About the Role - We are looking for a Product Manager (PM) / Associate Product Manager (APM) to drive innovation in our iPaaS and self-serve integrations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background (software development experience required) who can work with engineers closely and prioritize customer needs.
What Youβll Do:
π Drive Self-Serve Integration Strategy:
Define and execute the roadmap for Level AIβs integration platform (iPaaS).
Work with engineering teams to build scalable, reusable connectors for CRMs, telephony, and other enterprise tools.
π Customer & Data-Driven Decision Making:
Gather insights from customers, Customer Success, and Sales teams to improve onboarding & integrations.
Analyze data pipeline performance and work on optimization strategies.
π€ Cross-Team Collaboration:
Partner with engineering, customer success, and support teams to define product requirements.
Ensure seamless handoff of new features and integration capabilities to internal teams & customers.
π§ Technical Understanding & Execution:
Work closely with engineers to build low-code/no-code self-serve integration tools.
Hands-on involvement in API design, data flows, and debugging integration issues.
π Optimize Customer Onboarding & Automation:
Drive adoption of self-serve integrations to reduce manual work for customers.
Identify automation opportunities to improve onboarding speed and reduce engineering dependencies.
What Weβre Looking For:

2+ years of software development experience (mandatory)
β
Strong technical background in APIs, integrations, or data engineering
β
Excellent analytical skills β ability to interpret data & customer insights to make decisions
β
Proactive problem solver with a strong bias for action
β
Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, CS, support, sales)
β
Familiarity with iPaaS tools (Workato, Mulesoft, Zapier) is a plus
Bonus (Nice-to-Have)π MBA or prior product management experience in B2B SaaSπ‘ Experience with CcaaS, CRM, or data pipeline integrationsπ Worked on self-serve platforms or developer tools
