Role Overview: As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving various technical issues related to Mac configurations, OKTA, ZSCALER, Python scripts, network connectivity, and IT help desk functions. You will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring that employees can work without interruptions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist employees with setting up and troubleshooting Mac/Windows configurations, including software installations, system settings, and application support.
  • Manage and troubleshoot OKTA, ZSCALER related issues, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) problems including network security and access problems.
  •  Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, including troubleshooting local and remote network problems.
  • Handle day-to-day IT help desk requests, including user account management, password resets, and general technical support.
  • Utilize and manage basic IT tools and software required for troubleshooting and support.
  • Utilize Jira for tracking and managing support tickets and tasks.
  • Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience in IT support or a similar role, with hands-on experience in Mac configuration, OKTA, ZSCALER, Python, and network troubleshooting.
  • Education: Relevant technical certification with Bachelors/Master degree is a plus.
  • Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Mac OS and its configuration.
  • Knowledge of OKTA for identity management and MFA.
  • Familiarity with ZSCALER for network security and access control.
  • Basic understanding of Python scripting.
  • Strong network troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with basic IT tools and software.
  • Familiarity with Jira for task and ticket management.
