Responsibilities
  • Operational Alignment: Develop, implement, and monitor operational processes for GTM teams, ensuring visibility into goals and progress.
  • Obstacle Identification: Identify and address obstacles, bridging gaps between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • GTM Stack Management: Lead projects within the GTM Stack, focusing on Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot, Clari, LeanData, RevOps.io, and Gong.
  • Versatile Role: Participate in broader initiatives like Deal Desk, Enablement, Commissions, and Planning.
  • Strategic Partner: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance on GTM processes and stack management.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Manage GTM reporting and drive data-informed business decisions.
  • Tech Stack Unification: Ensure accurate reporting to inform sales targets, quotas, incentives, and commission structures.
  • Platform Management: Administer and troubleshoot the GTM tech stack, ensuring accurate data access for teams.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain data accuracy, hygiene, and enrichment throughout the lead lifecycle.
  • Lead Governance: Manage SLA lead governance, focusing on marketing attribution analysis.
  • Requirements:
  • Sales or Revenue Operations Experience: 4-5+ years of experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B software.
  • Enterprise-wide Enablement Programs
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills with spreadsheets, presentations, and Google Workspace.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • GTM Stack Expertise: Deep experience with GTM tools including Salesforce (SFDC), Zoominfo, Hubspot, Outreach, CPQ, Clari, etc.
  • Marketing Operations Understanding: Ability to comprehend marketing operations concepts such as workflow management, segmentation, reporting, and the marketing funnel.
  • Data Proficiency: Highly skilled in using data to answer business-critical questions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience with coordination, collaboration, and organization with cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, maintain strong attention to detail, and stay highly organized.
  • GTM Effectiveness Assessment: Ability to assess GTM effectiveness and contribute data demonstrating performance improvements.
