Client Partner/Strategic Account Executive - Remote

Overview:

The Client Partner will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales of our AI products and services. You will have a deep understanding of AI technologies and how they can be applied to solve complex business problems. You should be able to think strategically, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with our internal teams and external partners.

You will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to deeply understand their business needs and identify new opportunities for our AI solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure we are meeting our clients' needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities and manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends to inform our sales and marketing strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Managing your business in Salesforce and showing diligent forecast and pipeline management

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 7 plus years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the AI industry.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications to solve business problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships & driving new revenue/exceeding quota attainment.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to meet clients' needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits:

The salary range for this role will be between $135,000 to $150,000 and the base/variable split is 50/50. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including your location, and your experience, education, and certifications. During the phone screening, the recruiter will provide the location-specific salary range for this role. The compensation package also includes the following benefits, which may be updated from time to time:
