Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Investor Relations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Senior VP of Investor Relations in developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations strategy that will help to increase the company's visibility, credibility, and valuation. The Director of Investor Relations will be responsible for helping to formulate and communicate the company's financial performance, strategy, and outlook.

You will: 

  • Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives

  • Assisting in responding to inquiries and providing timely and accurate information about the company's financial performance, strategy, and outlook

  • Helping to manage the company's relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and proxy advisors

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support investor communication and decision-making

  • Coordinate and prepare investor communications, including quarterly earnings releases, conference call scripts, investor presentations, and other materials

  • Monitor and analyze peer and industry trends and developments to stay informed of market and investor sentiment

  • Work collaboratively with the finance, legal, and communications teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and consistent messaging across all investor communications

  • Plan and coordinate investor events, including investor days, non-deal roadshows, and industry conferences

  • Participate in the development of annual and long-term financial plans and forecasts

 

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred

  • Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field

  • Strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting, including knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executives and professionals in the finance, legal and marketing departments

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data and industry trends

  • Demonstrated ability in assisting in the development and execution of a comprehensive investor relations strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives

  • Experience in helping to manage relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other stakeholders

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines

Benefits: 

The salary range for this role will be between $165,000 to $205,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, your location, skills, experience, education, and/or certifications. During the phone screening, the recruiter will provide the location-specific salary range for this role.
