Senior Accountant (Remote)

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Accounting you will focus on technical accounting and reporting functions within the close process.

You will:

• Conduct month-end and quarter-end close processes, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Perform monthly analysis on high-risk vendors and accounts payable subledger.
• Prepare supporting schedules for 10-K and 10-Q filings.
• Work with external auditors in completing the quarterly reviews and annual audits of the SEC financials and other filings.
• Maintain documentation supporting SOX compliance.
• Help with other corporate accounting, financial reporting and technical accounting responsibilities.
• Participate in the implementation and optimization of various new systems and processes.

You have:

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 1+ years of experience at a large public accounting firm.
• Active CPA license preferred.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX regulations.
• Analytical capacity relating to data collection and modeling, what-if scenarios.
• Experience using Excel for formula design, pivot tables, charts.
• Familiarity with SAP General Ledger system, Concur, or Hyperion/HFM/FCC.

Benefits:

The salary range for this role will be between $70,000 to $95,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including your location, and your experience, education, and certifications. During the phone screening, the recruiter will provide the location-specific salary range for this role.
