Senior Business Systems Analyst, Zuora experience required

Reporting to the Associate Director, Business Systems, you work with our billing, collections and revenue team as systems administrator for Zuora Billing and Revenue.

You will:

• Be a project manager, conceptualizing, planning, executing tests, training users and documenting training materials.
• Manage month-end close and daily requests for Zuora Billing and Revenue.
• Work as systems administrator within business systems team to assist business teams (billing and revenue) to get issues resolved.
• Partner closely with Internal Audit and external auditors with any requests for systems controls.
• Create process flow documentation and assistance with user training.
• Use technological solutions and analyze both business and technical demands from a company perspective.

You have:

• 5+ years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience with Zuora Billing and Revenue.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or IT or equivalent degree.
• Salesforce, SAP and other general ledger experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience with system development life cycle, the dynamic of application development, and IT practices and methods.

Benefits:

The salary range for this role will be between $100,000 - $130,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including your location, and your experience, education, and certifications. During the phone screening, the recruiter will provide the location-specific salary range for this role.
