Senior Manager, Website / Digital Marketing

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced digital marketing professional to join the Growth Marketing team to fill a critical role as Website Manager. The Website Manager will leverage data analysis, SEO, CRO, and new initiatives to increase traffic, conversions and the overall website experience. You will work cross-functionally to optimize the website to ensure KPIs are tightly aligned with marketing objectives. You will manage a small team and lead the vision to create a best-in-class marketing website.

You will:

  • Provide leadership and strategy for all things web-related. Work cross-functionally to optimize the website experience for existing customers and prospects.
  • Manage a small team consisting of a web developer and SEO specialist to prioritize projects & growth initiatives to best align with our goals.
  • Build an SEO strategy to steadily increase our organic traffic for key terms related to our business and product & campaigns roadmap.
  • Manage expectations and the relationship with our SEO agency to drive performance and key outcomes.
  • Develop a holistic view of the customer journey for each of our products, apply data and insights to inform the development of a website experience that engages and converts.
  • Identify, build, execute and champion on A/B and multivariate tests to support business objectives. Analyze and evaluate A/B tests, report on results and recommend next steps.
  • Run regularly scheduled web analytics reports that contribute meaningful analysis and actionable insights. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.

You have:

  • 5+ years of experience optimizing a website for B2B or B2C SaaS companies, with experience driving conversions through CRO.
  • Experience hiring, managing and growing teams is required.
  • A proven history of success in implementing an extensive SEO strategy including technical components, backlinking, etc.
  • Considerable working knowledge of website standards and best practices.
  • A background working with industry-standard tools (MAPs, Salesforce, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) and can extract actionable insights
  • Experience with the full B2B lead lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of analytics and optimization
  • A great communicator and can actively lead planning discussions
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Bonus points if you have light experience with web development

Benefits:

The salary range for this role will be between $130,000 to $150,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, your location, and your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications. During the phone screening, the recruiter will provide the location-specific salary range for this role. The compensation package also includes the following benefits, which may be updated from time to time:
