Overview:
Welcome to the Enterprise Analytics team at LivePerson! Here you will be working with internal and external platforms, to organize and shape data to give insights into how our brands help customers.
In this role, you will be working across internal teams, external partners, and large customers to create software solutions to deliver cutting-edge products to make our brands more efficient by providing insights using AI, data aggregation, and solid design principles.
You will report to the Senior Manager-SDE.
You will:
- Design, build, and deploy Java and Python based enterprise-level solutions.
- Build and maintain high volume data pipelines using AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, Spark, or other analytics solutions.
- Strong understanding of necessary algorithms and design methodologies to process data reliably and efficiently at high throughput.
- Build innovative analytical solutions using Cloud, Big Data, and NoSQL related technologies.
- Actively participate in code review and test solutions to ensure it meets best practice specifications.
- Maintain and support existing applications and services with uptime on par with industry-standard.
- Utilize monitoring tools and logging services to debug and analyze production issues.
- Be responsible to maintain production pipelines for various services under the Data Platform team.
- Test software to ensure proper and efficient execution and adherence to business and technical requirements.
You have:
- 5+ years of experience in both Java, backend systems development.
- 2+ years of experience in Python.
- Experience in relational databases- Must.
- Experience in non relational databases (NoSQL,Elasticsearch) - Advantage.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.

- Solid understanding of software design principles, concurrency, synchronization, memory management, data structures, algorithms.
- Team player with a can-do approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or SW Engineering.
