Vice President, Brand and Creative (Remote)

Overview:

The Vice President of Brand and Creative will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the company's brand strategy. They will work closely with the executive team to define the company's brand vision, and then collaborate with the broader marketing team, as well as People, Product, and Sales, to ensure that all aspects of the brand are consistently executed across all channels and touchpoints.

You will: 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with LP’s overall business goals.
  • Lead and manage the brand marketing team - design & creative - including setting goals and objectives, overseeing day-to-day activities, and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure that all brand communications are consistent and aligned with LP’s brand values, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that the brand is accurately represented in all company materials, including product packaging, advertising, and website design.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities to evolve a differentiated and provocative brand identity and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Oversee the development of brand guidelines and ensure that they are followed by all employees, partners, and vendors.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of brand initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
  • Manage the brand budget and allocate resources to support brand initiatives.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for the company, representing the brand at industry events and conferences.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful brand strategies that drive business growth.
  • Experience managing budgets and allocating resources to support brand initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS software and in particular, AI is preferred

Benefits:

The salary range for this role will be between $200,000 to $290,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including your location, and your experience, education, and certifications. During the phone screening, the recruiter will provide the location-specific salary range for this role. The compensation package also includes the following benefits, which may be updated from time to time:
