Recruiting Coordinator

Magic’s mission is to build safe AGI that accelerates humanity’s progress on the world’s most important problems. About the role:

As our first Recruiting Coordinator, you will own communication with candidates as they progress through our interview process. Our goal is to offer a best-in-class recruiting experience and you will play a key role in delivering that.

What you might work on:

  • Coordinate candidate interviews, schedules, and logistics to ensure a seamless, warm and professional experience
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement efficient recruitment workflows that optimize the candidate experience and our internal processes
  • Manage longer-term recruiting projects while also making sure the current process runs smoothly
  • Gather and analyze recruiting data to continuously improve processes and provide insights for decision-making

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong organizational skills and a passion for making processes more efficient
  • Exceptional communication skills, especially via email 
  • A detail-oriented mindset, with a drive for precision and accuracy in all aspects of your work
  • Experience in scheduling, coordination and process optimization
  • Passion for our mission to safely deploy AGI

Compensation, benefits and perks (US):

  • Annual salary range: $70K - $180K
  • Equity is a significant part of total compensation, in addition to salary
  • 401(k) plan with 6% salary matching
