Demand Generation Marketing Lead
Role Summary
-We are a rapidly growing B2B software startup seeking a talented and experienced Leader to build the demand marketing capabilities.
-The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement in the B2B software space.
-The role will report in our future Head of Global Marketing
-The role is based in Paris
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation Strategy:
-Develop and implement demand generation strategies that align with business objectives and revenue targets.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Campaign Management:
-Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including email, webinars, content syndication, paid media, and events.
-Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Lead Generation and Nurturing:
-Drive top-of-funnel lead generation efforts to build a robust sales pipeline.
-Implement lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
-Analyze campaign performance using key metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Content and Messaging:
-Work with the product marketing team to develop compelling content and offers that resonate with our target audience
-Coordinate with third party agencies to build compelling content, events, and syndication programs
-Ensure consistent branding and positioning across all demand generation initiatives.
Technology and Tools:
-Proficiency using core demand gen & overall digital marketing toolsExperience implementing and building a demand gen marketing stack including tools like Markops platforms (Hubspot / Marketo / etc.) + ABM tools (SFDC / ZoomInfo / etc.) + Marketing analytics (Google analytics. etc.)
-Content management systems like Wordpress
-Stay up-to-date with the latest demand generation technologies and trends.
Collaboration:
-Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are properly qualified and followed up on.
-Collaborate with the product marketing team to align demand generation efforts with product launches and updates.
Qualifications & profile
-Proven experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or related field in the B2B software space - with Enterprise expertise
-Thorough knowledge of GTM systems (including CRM, marketing automation, warm outbound tools, etc.)
-Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
-Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform marketing strategies and measure performance.
-Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, as they apply to the B2B software market.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Creative problem-solver, with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
-Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
-Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools, such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
-Passion for growth and continuous improvement, with a results-driven mindset.
-Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics.
-Used to work with sales teams and exposure to command of the message / Value framework
-Very hands-on; have a strong entrepreneurial drive and a builder approach

-Have a good technical understanding of LLMs
