Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our dynamic team at Mistral AI, focusing on enterprise-level content.
- In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear and concise documentation that effectively communicates complex technical information related to our cutting-edge AI technologies to both technical and non-technical enterprise audiences.
- This role involves collaborating with various departments, including engineering, product management, and product marketing, to ensure that our documentation is accurate, comprehensive, user-friendly, and tailored to the needs of enterprise clients.
- This is a part time position : 3 months on a 50% weekly basis (2.5 days per week)
Responsibilities:
- Mission #1: Create the user documentation for the Enterprise release at the end of March (expect a lot of testing and learning, and collaboration with the Product/Engineering team)
- Mission #2: Conduct an analysis of the wording on The Platform (improve the copywriting of the elements in the developer console)
- Mission #3: Assist with automated support workflows - improve the FAQ and review the way responses are presented to users, potentially linking to the user documentation
- Mission #4: Rethink and enrich the API documentation
- Mission #5: Ensure that all documentation adheres to established style guides and enterprise standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role, preferably in the tech or AI industry, with a focus on enterprise content.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to understand and explain complex AI concepts clearly and concisely to enterprise audiences.
- Experience with documentation tools and content management systems.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning workflows, and related software development processes in an enterprise context.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in English; multilingual capabilities are a plus.
