Director, HR Business Partner
Location: Mountain View, CA (On site)
We’re looking for a dynamic, strategic, and business-savvy Director, HR Business Partner. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this key leadership role will be at the heart of shaping talent and organizational strategies that fuel our rapid growth and innovation. What you’ll do:
Shape the Future Workforce: Drive initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent, ensuring we have the right people in place to scale.
Be a Strategic Advisor: Collaborate closely with senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and people strategies that align with business goals.
Champion Change: Act as a catalyst for transformation in a high-growth, constantly evolving environment. Help build and lead the next phase of organizational evolution.
Partner Across HR: Work with our Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and regional teams to deliver a seamless, top-notch employee experience across the board.
Optimize People Strategy: Leverage your HR expertise to continually improve our programs, processes, and policies, always with a business-first mindset.
Talent Magnet: Set the bar high for talent, ensuring we not only attract but also develop and retain the best in the industry.
Design for Success: Collaborate with leaders to create optimal organizational structures and people strategies that drive business performance.
Use Data to Lead: Drive data-driven solutions that enhance organizational health, focusing on key metrics like attrition, diversity, and engagement throughout the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications:
10-15+ years of HR business partnering or consulting experience with a proven track record of driving impactful results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Executive presence that commands trust and confidence, with the ability to effectively influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of business trends and the foresight to align HR strategies with company goals.
Sound judgment and decision-making skills, able to balance immediate needs with long-term business objectives in a disciplined and thoughtful way.
Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, remaining adaptable, calm, and solutions-oriented in the face of constant change.
Highly collaborative team player who is eager to roll up their sleeves, dive in, and contribute at all levels.
Exceptional emotional intelligence, with the ability to quickly build trust, empathize, and connect with individuals across all levels and backgrounds.
Base Compensation Range: $220,000 - $250,000
*Our compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions or bonus plans.
