Location: This position requires for you to be local to the Bay Area. You will go into our Mountain View, CA office 1-2 days a week

What You Will Do

Integrations with enterprise systems (Chat, ITSM, HRIS, ERP, IDAM, etc.) lay at the core of the Moveworks platform, allowing employees to search and take action with natural language. Developing strong partnerships with the companies that build those systems is thus vital to our success. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing these partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working with Product and Engineering to evaluate and prioritize new integration opportunities with strategic partners, delving into technical details and UX implications.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to raise awareness of our partnerships, from blog posts and press releases to podcasts and conferences. 
  • Developing new partner relationships from scratch, leveraging networks and cold reachouts where appropriate.
  • Coordinating with legal and finance teams to execute partnership agreements and fund any associated program costs.
  • Navigating partner-defined programs to achieve certifications for our integrations and get placement on their marketplaces, enlisting help from other teams where needed. 
  • Playing a key role in the development of the Moveworks Plugin Template library, recruiting partners to build and endorse templates for plugins to their systems.
  • Orchestrating and facilitating high-impact executive alignment meetings between partner leadership and our founders, preparing content as necessary.
  • Educating sales and customer success teams on the partnerships you’re working on and the value they’ll bring to customers, as well as gathering success stories from the field and understanding demand for new partner relationships.
  • Helping our Professional Services and Support teams get in touch with partner resources to solve problems when integrations aren’t working as expected.
  • Tracking and reporting on referred and influenced business opportunities with partners

What You Bring To The Table

  • 4+ years of experience with some depth in either Partnerships, Product Management, or Engineering is preferred.
  • Superior attention to detail and relentless curiosity.
  • High proficiency in communicating complex ideas, both in verbal and written forms.
  • Proven ability to lead projects from inception to completion.
  • Experience working with customer and/or partner organizations, with a keen understanding of how to navigate them and influence decisions.
  • Experience working with technical teams and stakeholders, with an ability to translate between business and technical requirements.
  • Extreme versatility. On a given day you might write a script to demonstrate a new API integration, work with Marketing/PR on an upcoming press release, and build a slide deck for a CEO meeting.
  • A self-starter who is comfortable with change and ambiguity and has a bias toward action. You know all the buzzwords and frameworks, but avoid using them.
  • B.A. or B.S. degree in Engineering, Science, Business or other relevant subject area.

 

Compensation Range: $157,000 - $225,000

 

*Our compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions or bonus plans.
