With the recent launch of Netomi University (Netomi’s first AI education platform), we are on the lookout for smart, hardworking, go-getters who thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of personal accountability, initiative and follow-through. You should have a passion for our product, an eagerness to learn and a strong commitment to serving our growing customer base and internal teams. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts and department heads to design, develop, and maintain training programs that address the needs of different teams within the company and external teams (customers and partners).
  • Onboarding and Orientation: Assist in the creation and delivery of onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth and effective transition into the organization.
  • Learning Materials: Develop and update training materials, including e-learning courses, presentations, and training manuals, to ensure they are engaging and up-to-date.
  • Learning Platforms: Help manage our learning management system (LMS) and other educational technology tools, ensuring seamless access to training materials and tracking employee progress & performance.
  • Evaluation and Feedback: Gather feedback from employees and managers to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
  • Professional Development: Assist in creating career development plans for employees, helping them acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for career advancement.
  • Reporting: Generate reports and analytics to measure the impact of training initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Learning Culture: Promote a culture of continuous learning within the company, including recommending and implementing best practices in employee development.
  • Requirements:
  • +3 years working in instructional design, training programs, learning & development capacity.
  • Strong passion for learning & development and ability to understand learning requirements of multiple audiences.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies (previous LMS experience like Workramp preferred).
  • Familiarity with Google tools (Drive, Slides, Docs, Sheets, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Experience working with video production tools (such as Camtasia, etc.)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
