Senior Director, HRBP

The Opportunity

The Senior Director of HRBP is a key strategic partner to the leadership team, responsible for leading the HR Business Partner function and ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with Observe.AI’s business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the business, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. The Senior Director of HRBP will work collaboratively across all departments to drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, and culture initiatives.
What you'll be doing:
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational performance
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives, providing insights on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management
  • Collaborate with the CHRO and other leaders to develop and implement company-wide HR initiatives
  • Learning & Development: Design and deliver targeted training programs that align with business goals
  • Champion a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company’s values and promotes employee engagement and retention
  • Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Lead efforts to assess and improve employee engagement, leveraging data and feedback to drive action plans
  • Lead efforts to assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements in areas such as communication, collaboration, and decision-making processes
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with legal requirements and best practices, and are consistently applied across the organization
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders, driving informed decision-making.
  • Who you are:
  • 10-15+ years of HRBP experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP or HR leadership role
  • Experience in SaaS preferred
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how HR strategies impact business outcomes
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and influence at all levels
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues and navigate organizational change
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement strategies
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Scaled business(es) from $50M to $100M ARR
  • MBA Preferred
