The Opportunity:
Come join the Talent Acquisition team as we embark on enabling/scaling the company to take on a world of possibilities especially as we focus on becoming the #1 AI engine in the Contact Center industry. This is an amazing opportunity to work closely with our executive team who are experts in their space, build and craft a top notch talent strategy, and be a key member in helping Observe scale here in the US.

In recent years, the integration of AI into contact centers has revolutionized the way organizations handle customer service. With the introduction of AI technologies, such as natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and chatbots - we’ve transformed contact centers into intelligent hubs capable of providing efficient, personalized, and round-the-clock customer support.

This is a great opportunity to help build out best practices, think about how we scale for the future, and be a foundational partner for our internal customers as we advise them through the recruitment process.

*This role is a contract position for 6 months and will be hybrid out of our Redwood Shores office twice a week*
What you’ll bring to the team:
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers (R&D, Product, and ML) to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and expectations.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Google, Glassdoor etc.) to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely, with candidates.
  • Collect and analyze candidate feedback, and collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback to candidates.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to management on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring trends.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for process improvements and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Who you are:
  • 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting, as well as proven experience as a Senior Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced or start-up environment
  • Strong expertise in sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn, Google, Gem, etc.)Familiarity with Lever and/or other recruitment software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowing how to properly utilize data to tell a story and capture the right information
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Hourly Rate: $70
