OctoAI is conducting a search for a Staff Infrastructure Engineer to take a leadership role in advancing the engineering efforts behind our Inference Serving platform. You'll be central to optimizing developer experience, overseeing incident management and reliability processes, and driving our security and compliance initiatives. Your deep expertise in cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and software engineering will be crucial in ensuring our infrastructure is robust, scalable, and secure, meeting the needs of our users. By guiding and supporting the team, you'll help shape the future as the organization grows.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company's size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes bonuses, equity, benefits, and other opportunities at OctoML. In accordance with pay transparency laws, OctoML is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity. This is a reasonable estimate of the current salary range. We expect most candidates to fall in the middle of the range. We also believe that your personal needs and preferences should be taken into consideration, so we allow some choice between equity and cash.
