Enterprise Account Executive - North/Northeast (f/m/d)*

YOUR MISSION:

As an Enterprise Account Executive focusing on North/Northeast Germany, you will play a key role in driving new business and expanding our footprint in this strategically significant region. You’ll have the chance to shape customer engagement, refine regional strategies, and directly impact how we revolutionize the conversations of tomorrow.

 

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Lead the acquisition of new enterprise logos within North/Northeast Germany, negotiating complex deals with C-level executives.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across Sales and other teams to refine processes and address regional opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for customers in North/East Germany, identifying their challenges and demonstrating how Parloa delivers ROI tailored to their specific needs.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and workshops that resonate with regional customers.
  • Explore and develop business opportunities by identifying new use cases relevant to the North/East German market.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 3+ years of experience in software sales, with a proven record of success in a closing role, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong ability to identify and address customer needs while uncovering sales opportunities within North/East Germany.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with experience engaging with diverse customer profiles in the region.
  • Native/bilingual German (spoken and written) and excellent English communication skills.
  • A technical mindset and ability to leverage tools for strategic selling.
