Enterprise Account Executive - UK (f/m/d)*

YOUR MISSION:

As our first Senior Enterprise Account Executive (f/m/d) in the UK, you’ll spearhead Parloa’s market entry, driving sales and revenue growth by establishing our UK presence. Your role is pivotal in developing strategic sales initiatives and positioning Parloa’s conversational AI solutions as essential tools for UK enterprises. You will work closely with our UK Expansion Team Lead, and collaborate directly with our Berlin HQ to ensure seamless integration of Parloa’s strategy across markets.

 

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Acquire new enterprise logos and manage the UK sales pipeline, negotiating complex deals with C-level executives for our innovative SaaS product.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies designed to maximize revenue growth in the UK market.
  • Identify and create new business opportunities for Parloa’s conversational AI product, driving our UK market entry.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and lead workshops, clearly articulating the value of Parloa’s solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Act as a strategic consultant to UK enterprises, tailoring Parloa’s offerings to meet specific market needs.
  • Collaborate with teams in Berlin and across Sales, Business Development, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage UK sales pipeline reporting, aligning with senior management at Parloa’s Berlin HQ.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention, laying the foundation for long-term growth in the UK.

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Enterprise Sales Expertise: Success in closing large, complex SaaS deals.
  • UK SaaS Market Experience: Proven experience scaling SaaS startups in the UK.
  • Strategic & Consultative: Ability to craft and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Executive Communication: Strong skills in engaging with C-level executives.
  • Self-Driven & Aligned: Passionate about Parloa’s mission and proactive in achieving goals.
  • Technical Aptitude/Curiosity: You do not need to be an engineer but you need to pride yourself in understanding our product’s technical architecture and integrations. You need to be able to understand and communicate the product's capabilities and limitations.
  • Onsite Availability: During the initial ramp period of 3-4 months, you are expected to be physically available for 2-3 days a week at our London co-working space for collaboration, learning, and knowledge transfer. Beyond the ramp period, the expectation would be that you are available for in-person team collaboration at our London co-working space for 2 times a month and travel to customer meetings as needed.

  • Industry Insight: Knowledge of Contact Center or AI technologies.
  • Cloud Familiarity: Experience with MSFT, Google, or AWS.
  • Documentation Skills: Proficient in creating sales process documentation.
