Head of Engineering - Product Solutions (f/m/d)*

We have grown our business, we have grown our team, and now we are looking for a Head of Product Solutions to join us on this once-in-a-lifetime journey to lead our efforts across our products.

You will continue to build our products. Customer centricity is at your heart and you have a strong product mindset.

You will be responsible for creating an environment that fosters innovation, inclusivity, and growth.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Develop long-term, yearly strategies and plans affecting multiple engineering teams or a whole function
  • Influence senior leadership effectively using data, narratives, and business judgment
  • Lead multiple customer-facing product engineering teams
  • Provide technical guidance to the engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and excellence
  • Ensure a high level of technical quality and impact

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in a leadership role, managing at least three teams or a crucial departmental function
  • A track record of setting strategic direction, designing organizational structures for scale, hiring as well as identifying and growing strong technical leaders
  • Understanding of infrastructure, architecture, technologies, product, business and organizational models to discern trade-offs during decision-making
  • Understanding of product methodologies and experience in building customer facing products
  • Ability to dive deep into technical topics and solve problems with senior engineers, engineering managers, product managers, and senior stakeholders
