Inbound Business Development Executive (f/m/d)*
YOUR MISSION:
As an Inbound Business Development Executive (f/m/d)*, you will maximize the value of inbound leads by ensuring high-quality responses, driving pipeline growth, and enhancing collaboration between growth and marketing. Through process optimization, effective tooling, and data-driven insights, this role will elevate the inbound channel’s contribution to revenue generation while delivering an exceptional experience to every prospect.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Manage and Qualify Inbound Leads: Own and respond to all inbound inquiries promptly, qualify leads using SPICED, and hand off to Account Executives.
- Optimize Processes and Tools: Identify, implement, and refine tools and automation to improve efficiency, response time, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Marketing and Revenue Operations to align on lead scoring, campaign performance, and process improvements.
- Analyze and Report: Track and analyze inbound lead data to identify trends, optimize workflows, and create actionable reports for stakeholders.
- Enhance Lead Experience: Provide a professional, engaging first point of contact for inbound prospects while representing the company’s value.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Sales Aptitude: Proven track record of identifying and driving opportunities through a sales pipeline.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication with a customer-focused approach.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple requests with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Customer-Facing Experience: Experience in sales or customer service, showcasing resilience and relationship-building skills.
- Tech Savviness: Comfort with adopting and optimizing tools to enhance processes.
- Self-motivation: Proactive and capable of working independently while prioritizing effectively.
- Language Proficiency: Native German speaker and at least C1 English.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Familiarity with tools like Clay or Unify.
- Knowledge of lead qualification frameworks such as SPICED.
- Basic understanding of ad campaign metrics and analytics.
