People Operations Working Student (f/m/d)*
YOUR MISSION:
As a Working Student People Operations (f/m/d)*, you will play a key role in supporting the People team with administrative and organizational tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to a great employee experience at Parloa.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Manage administrative tasks such as employee documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate signatures from management for contracts, agreements, and other documents.
- Support the team with onboarding preparation and other people-related experiences.
- Help maintain and update our internal knowledge base.
- Provide general administrative support to the People Operations team.
- Assist with handling and resolving employee requests via our ticketing system.
- Lead own smaller people-related projects.

HiBob, Leapsome, Greenhouse, Notion, GSuite, Slack, Asana
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work onsite at our Berlin office at least 2–3 days per week.
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Familiarity with people systems such as HiBob or Greenhouse.
- Knowledge of German language and labor law processes.
- Previous experience in administrative roles or People-related tasks.
