RVP Sales DACH (f/m/d)*


As RVP Sales DACH (f/m/d)* at Parloa, you will drive revenue growth in the DACH region by leading a high-performing sales team, developing strategic sales initiatives, and fostering strong customer relationships.

You will work closely with Joachim, our Chief Revenue Officer, the Team Leads for Enterprise Account Executives and the Team Lead Sales Engineering, as well as other key stakeholders.


  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for the DACH region.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to drive performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Ensure the sales team meets or exceeds quarterly and annual sales targets.



  • Proven track record in sales leadership roles within high-growth or scale-up environments.
  • Deep understanding of the DACH market and B2B SaaS sales.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in German and English.
