Senior HR Specialist
YOUR MISSION:
As our founding US Senior HR Specialist you will support and drive flawless people experience at Parloa by implementing scalable processes and fostering a sense of belonging while building a people operations function in the US.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Take ownership of the Pre-, On- and Offboarding including coordinating and hosting onboarding sessions.
- Responsible for all People related Administrative tasks for our US employees such as PTO requests, workation requests, and reference letters.
- Support in contract management and dealing with Justworks, our PEO provider.
- Help define and manage local benefits schemes.
- Maintain our internal knowledge base.
- Manage data by record keeping, documentation, and fillings.
- Help with ad-hoc office-related tasks.

Just Works, Personio, Leapsome, Greenhouse, Notion, GSuite, Asana, Gaia, Slack
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Able to visit our New York office at least 3 times a week.
- Effective written and verbal communication in English.
- Policy Development: Developing and updating people policies and communicating policies to employees.
- Employee Relations and Service Mindset: Providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring positive employee experience.
- Compliance and Legal Knowledge: Understanding of Labour laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Ensuring policies and procedures comply with legal standards.
- Payroll Processing: Knowledge of payroll systems and procedures. Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing
- Data Analytic Skills: Ability to analyze people metrics and data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
