Senior Partner Marketing Manager (f/m/d)*



As the Senior Partner Marketing Manager (f/m/d*) at Parloa, you will play a pivotal role in driving partnerships-centric revenue, elevating our brand through strategic associations, and shaping the future of our Partner Marketing program. This role requires a commercial mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of how partnerships contribute to business success.


  • Take ownership of all partner-related events, ensuring they align with our brand and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective partner marketing strategies to drive revenue and brand awareness.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key partners, build and nurture relationships with key partners to understand their own as well as joint goals for effective marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Partnerships team. You will be the interface between the partner managers and the Marketing department.
  • Plan and execute sales/partnerships enablement materials to support partner engagement and success.
  • Lead the development of a scalable partner program, automating processes for smaller partners while ensuring personalized attention for key partners.
  • Ensure Parloa's representation on partner websites and portals, providing necessary assets and materials.
  • Collaborate on webinars and events with partners, leveraging these opportunities for mutual benefit.


  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, ideally in a partner marketing or related role.
  • Strong understanding of partnership mechanics and experience in indirect business via partners.
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through effective partner marketing strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize and allocate resources strategically.
  • Previous experience in developing and managing partnerships in the tech industry is highly desirable.
