Senior Product Analyst - Data Visualization (f/m/d)*
YOUR MISSION
As a Senior Product Analyst (f/m/d)*, you will develop a customer-facing insights product and empower your stakeholders to work with data effectively. As one of the founding members of the data team, your work will have a pivotal impact on the organization. Together with your team, you will build a data product that empowers our customers to leverage Parloa’s AI products successfully. The insights you generate will make an impact to transform the entire customer service industry leveraging data and AI.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Together with your team, take ownership of designing, building and improving insights products for our customers
- Work with analytics engineers to build and improve data models based on product needs
- Take ownership for executing analytics projects end-to-end: understanding user needs and product context, defining hypotheses and approach, retrieving and processing the data, visualizing the data and let it tell a story
- Work with engineers to define and improve how we track user and customer interactions with our products
Our Tech stack (Data): Microsoft Azure, Python, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis (more technologies to be added as we build our data platform)
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 7+ years of experience as a product analyst, if less: experience with building up customer-facing data products from ground up
- Experience with data modeling
- Fluency in SQL, experience with version control (git), basic proficiency in Python or R for data analysis
- Strong expertise with data visualization and related tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau)
- Experience with defining requirements/implementation of events tracking
- Strong product thinking and customer/user empathy
- Experience with leading medium-sized technical projects (3-9 months roadmap)
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English
