Senior Product Manager - Analytics (f/m/d)*

YOUR MISSION

As a Senior Product Manager for Analytics Products (f/m/d)*, your primary role will be to oversee the development and market launch of innovative, data-centric products empowering Parloa’s market leading AI customer service solutions. As product manager you will work in a cross-functional team of Engineering, Data, and Design, as well as with Customer Experience, Sales and Marketing, to translate our customer needs into successful products.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Drive product development: lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of analytics solutions across a range of Parloa’s products. Establish clarity on the product strategy, aligning your product goals with business outcomes.
  • Manage product lifecycle: define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Prioritize product features and manage the roadmap to align with strategic goals. Coordinate schedules and development activities, working closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Lead user-centric discovery and research: Conduct user research and usability studies to refine product features based on user feedback in close collaboration with the design team. Regularly engage directly with customers to identify and understand key problems, ensuring that the solutions developed deliver real value.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, from team members to executive management. Communicate effectively across teams to ensure transparency and alignment on product development progress and outcomes.
  • Leverage data insights: Analyze market data, as well as customer and partner feedback to identify market opportunities.

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 7+ years of Product management experience, at least 3 of which were  in analytics, data analysis or similar product environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, mathematics, computer science or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills: Ability to identify significant opportunities in the analytics space and develop products that leverage data to deliver unique insights and value.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills: ability to drive work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups (internal departments, own teams, external partners and customers) in a B2B enterprise context.
  • Experience in setting strategic product direction and translating complex concepts into actionable plans.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and “ownership attitude”, the drive to always look for and deliver improvement opportunities in the product, your team and the organisation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools, such as Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL etc. 
  • Excellent English skills; German is a plus.
