Team Lead Solution Engineering EMEA (f/m/d)* - REMOTE
YOUR MISSION:
- Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled Solution Engineers, guiding them in strategic project planning, fostering knowledge sharing, and supporting their personal and professional development.
- Drive team growth and development, creating a culture of continuous learning and providing opportunities for your team members to advance their skills and careers.
- Provide technical leadership, helping Solution Engineers navigate complex project challenges and collaboratively identify and implement effective, scalable solutions.
- Define, refine, and implement processes and standards that drive operational excellence, ensuring consistency and efficiency in service delivery while continuously establishing and promoting new best practices.
- Work cross-functionally, partnering with Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and a superior customer experience.
- Oversee and manage a select number of strategic projects, constantly evaluating and improving existing practices to drive efficiency and innovation.
Our Tech stack:
TypeScript, Microsoft Azure Cloud (e.g. Azure Function Apps, Azure Cosmos DB), JavaScript, Python, PowerBI/Kibana
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Leadership Experience: A minimum of 2 year track record of successfully leading and mentoring technical teams, fostering a culture of growth, knowledge-sharing, and continuous development.
- Technical Expertise: A strong background in solution engineering, with proven experience in complex integrations, service implementations, and working with modern tech stacks such as TypeScript, Microsoft Azure Cloud (e.g., Azure Function Apps, Azure Cosmos DB), JavaScript, Python. Experience in data visualization tools like PowerBI/Kibana is a plus.
- Client Management Skills: Strong background of working with Enterprise-level customers, adeptly navigating and addressing their complex needs
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to define and execute technical strategies, streamline workflows, and implement scalable, efficient processes that contribute to operational excellence.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to help your team navigate complex challenges and deliver effective solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams, ensuring seamless service delivery and a superior customer experience.
- Project Management Acumen: Capability to manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously, while constantly seeking opportunities to enhance processes, increase efficiency, and drive innovation.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both German and English is essential, with a proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both languages.
Bonus points if you also bring the following to the table:
- SIP and VoIP-telephony or REST-API
- Basic knowledge of conversational AI and NLU-related ML
