Working Student BPO Partnerships (f/m/d)*
YOUR MISSION:
As a Working Student BPO Partnerships (f/m/d)*, you will support our BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) partner team to build strategic partnerships with some of the world's most renowned BPOs. You will also collaborate cross functionally with a multitude of internal stakeholders from partnership team to commercial business functions.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Support with building out our broader BPO partner strategy
- Research of latest BPO industry activities and create business opportunities
- Identification of potential new BPO partners
- Conduct first pitch & demo meetings for partner qualification
- Support with defining & streamlining processes to enable these partners at scale
- Support with creation of sales & marketing assets
- Assist in building and enhancing our internal partnerships processes
Our Partnerships Tech-stack:
Salesforce, Slack, Notion, GSuite
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Experience in consulting, creating business cases and run in depth market research (an internship is sufficient)
- Currently enrolled in a university in the field of Business Administration, International Business, Business Informatics or related field.
- Able to join us for 20 hours per week for at least 8 months.
- Ability to work onsite at our Berlin office at least once a week.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Analytical skills and mindset.
- Proficiency with GSheet or Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Process Documentation.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Experience in SaaS or fast-pace dynamic experience.
- Experience in Partnerships, Strategy or Consulting.
- German is a plus.
