Working Student CX Design (f/m/d)*
YOUR MISSION
To become a Bot-Building Enthusiast!
As a Working Student CX Design (f/m/d), you will support our team and customers in their journey with Parloa's Conversational AI platform. Working closely with the Customer Success team, you will assist in various aspects of customer projects, learning to design effective phone and chatbot experiences. You'll gain hands-on experience by supporting dialog writing and developing technical logic in Parloa’s low-code frontend.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Support our team on various tasks as well as handle your own projects and responsibilities
- Help analyze customer requirements and contribute to bot-related specifications.
- Learn to understand the technical logic of dialogues and help implement them in the low-code platform, with support from senior team members.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to help identify bugs and suggest feature improvements to enhance the product.
- Work closely with team members to learn about project management, dialog design, and bot-building.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Linguisitcs, Psychology or a similar field.
- Some experience or coursework in conversational design, project management, or technical subjects is a plus.
- A logical thinker with an interest in understanding how dialogue systems work.
- An eagerness to learn and a creative mindset for crafting conversational experiences.
- Good communication skills in both German and English.
- A strong interest in Conversational AI, digital assistants, and innovative technologies.
- A proactive and curious attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
