Working Student Partner Delivery (f/m/d)*

YOUR MISSION:

As a Working Student Partner Delivery (f/m/d)* at Parloa, you will support our Partner Delivery team in ensuring the smooth implementation of our Conversational AI solutions. You will contribute to the success of our projects by assisting with partner coordination, improving delivery processes, and collaborating across teams. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative AI SaaS environment.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Help monitor partner performance and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Contribute to internal project tracking and documentation to ensure efficient partner and project oversight.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Partnerships, Customer Success (CS), and Product Management to align on partner needs and project requirements.
  • Support partner communications, including maintaining technical content, organizing webinars, and preparing documentation.
  • Collect and analyze internal and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.


WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Current enrollment in a university program, ideally with a focus on business, technology, or a related field.
  • A technical affinity and interest in understanding tools and platforms related to SaaS solutions.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance or escalate issues.
  • Motivation to learn about Conversational AI and a strong interest in Parloa’s mission and products.
  • Fluency in English and German (min C1)

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Some experience in project support, customer-facing roles, or a SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like CRM platforms, project management software, or data analysis tools.
