Working Student Product Enablement (f/m/d)*
YOUR MISSION:
As a Working Student Product Enablement (m/f/d)*, you will manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring the smooth delivery of learning programs while optimizing LMS operations. You will also play a key role in accelerating content development and driving the growth and impact of our Academy initiatives.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Manage and Maintain the LMS: Assist with the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), including user account management, learning analytics, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring course structures and schedules are accurate and current.
- Support Educational Content Development: Assist in creating online educational content, such as e-learning modules, training materials, and introductory decks to support learning programs.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Currently enrolled in a university in Education Technology, Learning Sciences, or related fields.
- You can work from our Berlin or Munich office at least once a week and join us for at least 8 months.
- Fluent in English.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle)
- Experience in generating reports and creating analytical dashboards for actionable insights.
- Experience with automation such as setting up automated enrollment rules.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with Sana (our LMS).
- Experience in creating e-learning modules, training materials, and supplementary content.
