The People.ai Marketing team is searching for its next Director of Content and Communications. Your role will be to shape the content strategy for the organization - determining the right content types, formats, and depth for every stage of the customer journey. As a team of ‘do-ers’ you will also be responsible for writing, editing, and delivering the overall voice for the company. You’ll share that direction with our agencies that support us for public relations and social media, owning all external communications.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the content strategy for the company
  • Write short and long-form content for the marketing team
  • Manage multiple priorities to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Serve as the company’s editor for messaging
  • Develop a PR strategy and work with our agency to deliver
  • Execute a social media strategy that delivers deep results in views, follows, reposts, etc.
  • Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in marketing, communications, journalism, or English
  • Experience working across the organization to develop a messaging framework
  • Deep experience working with agencies for PR and social media
  • Excellent at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A reasonable estimate of on-target earnings (OTE) is $135,000 to $170,000. Additionally, regular employees may be eligible for commissions or bonus programs (target included in OTE), equity, and benefits. The range is subject to change. People.ai takes into wide range of factors when determining an individual’s pay. These factors can include, skill set, training and experience, licensure and certifications, and location and metropolitan area.
