Product Enablement Manager

We are looking for a Product Enablement Manager to educate and enable People.ai teams on our products, preparing every employee to understand the power of our technology, and create engaging programs/materials starting at new hire, ongoing throughout their journey at People.ai. This role will work in partnership with other cross-functional enablement team members, and will report to the Director, Product Marketing (GTM). 
Responsibilities:
  • The Product Enablement Manager position will focus on the advancement of the product skills of customer-facing roles including GTM, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering. 
  • Develop in-depth knowledge and hands on working experience with People.ai products
  • Build and keep strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders from Go-to-Market teams (Sales, Customer Success, & Marketing) to ensure deep understanding of their needs, learning objectives and skills gaps is factored into the successful launch of our products.  
  • Produce high-quality, detailed, and clear training materials (presentations, video tutorials, how-to guides, FAQs).
  • Be an internal advocate and promoter of People.ai products, connecting stakeholders to our vision/strategy, and supporting department-specific product enablement needs. 
  • Support and maintain product materials within People.ai’s learning platforms and collaborate with others on Product Enablement to ensure these tools are properly aligned to internal use of products. 
  • Work to develop data-driven program objectives and key results, balancing stakeholder feedback, operational readiness, and internal team efficiency.  
  • Requirements:
  • 3-5 years proven experience with Product Enablement, onboarding and ongoing training programs, building new programs from the ground up is a plus.
  • Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving ability. 
  • Reporting skills in Salesforce.com, and a solid understanding of Salesforce Object structure a plus. 
  • Prior experience with SaaS a plus. 
  • Intrinsically motivated learner who takes a hands-on approach with new tools.  
  • Able to collaborate cross-functionally with a wide variety of roles at a fast pace.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral), analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Building good working relationships with other teams. 
  • Ability to create an innovative, collaborative, and supportive culture.

    A reasonable estimate of on-target earnings (OTE) is $130,000 to $160,000. Additionally, regular employees may be eligible for commissions or bonus programs (target included in OTE), equity, and benefits. The range is subject to change. People.ai takes into wide range of factors when determining an individual’s pay. These factors can include, skill set, training and experience, licensure and certifications, and location and metropolitan area.
