Strategic Account Executive

We are ideally looking for experienced Strategic Account Executives in Seattle, New York, Atlanta or Chicago.
Responsibilities:
  • Experience in successfully selling high 7-8figure deals to C-Suite executives.
  • Navigate the Customer Journey by effectively utilizing CoMessage and CoBuyer strategies.
  • Sell Cross-Functionally and navigate multiple stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
  • Implement Value-Based Selling and adhere to the sales process, demonstrating high activity and persistence.
  • Build predictability in sales methodology and opportunity qualification.
  • Engage in Team Selling to maximize collaboration and effectiveness.
  • Follow a Value-Based Selling approach and maintain a high level of activity and persistence.
  • Act with urgency and exhibit business-like behavior in managing schedules and commitments.
  • Requirements:
  • 10+ years of Sales experience at a software company (preferably SaaS), agency or management consultancy (e.g. Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG).
  • Significant experience working with Fortune 500 companies navigating organizations with multiple stakeholders in multiple departments.
  • Strong technical aptitude, communication skills, a curious mindset, and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and become a trusted advisor
  • Experience in Sales or Marketing operations is preferred
  • Experience with Sales and Marketing tech stack is preferred
  • Comfortable working in a high-velocity and sometimes ambiguous environment (yes, we're a startup!).

    A reasonable estimate of on-target earnings (OTE) is $300,000 to $350,000. Additionally, regular employees may be eligible for commissions or bonus programs (target included in OTE), equity, and benefits. The range is subject to change. People.ai takes into wide range of factors when determining an individual’s pay. These factors can include, skill set, training and experience, licensure and certifications, and location and metropolitan area.
