Operations
You will use your expertise to:
- Be both a strategic and hands-on jack of all trades to move Reka forward as you tackle key operations initiatives and needs.
- Own various operational processes to ensure Reka runs efficiently.
- Partner with finance and legal on relevant matters, including customer and employee contracts and regulatory matters.
- Support and contribute to our early go-to-market strategy alongside our business development leader.
- Simplify complex challenges, implement structure, and make the most of available resources in a rapid growth environment.
- Provide hands-on support for cross functional company communications and scheduling.

You may be a good fit, if you have:
- Demonstrated ability building out and driving processes from the ground up.
- A self-starter attitude – You get stuff done!
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – including verbal and written.
- The ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders from engineers and executives.
- The ability to operate in a fast-paced environment under some uncertainty.
