Director of Enterprise Sales
Run:AI is looking for an experienced, curious, and confident sales leader who is interested in the hyper-growth AI market and closing large infrastructure deals. The $150B global AI market is growing at 40% annually and is expected to grow to north of $1T.
Run: AI helps the biggest global enterprises transform their compute power into productivity, getting-to-market faster, making AI engineers more productive, and maximizing ROI. We are building a team who are passionate about understanding complex business challenges in the world of AI, leading the customer through a value-based engagement model, and providing them with a solution to increase their compute power.
The sales leader role at Run:AI puts you in the front seat for the most transformational technology shift of a generation whilst executing on a world-class customer engagement model.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, retain, and coach Enterprise Account Executives focused on the Large Enterprise segment.
- Build upon a high-performing sales culture to help Enterprise Account Executives on your team with territory planning, building pipeline, and closing deals.
- Provide coaching to your team on deal and sales process execution, conducting effective Proofs of Value, and building Business Cases.
- Deliver data from the field and deliver forecasts to the executives of Run:ai.
- Collaborate with our partner, product, customer success, and marketing teams to continually refine our go-to-market strategy.
- Build champions with peer leaders across our robust partner ecosystem and align your team with partner field teams.
- Develop and deliver key performance metrics for the team.
About You:
- Demonstrated sales leadership experience in a tech-oriented B2B SaaS company, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations and coaching high-performing teams.
- Expert familiarity with value-based selling for complex and transformational infrastructure solutions.
- Exhibited expertise in territory planning in Large Enterprises and passion for coaching Enterprise Account Executives.
- Evidence of talent in recruiting, retaining, coaching, and inspiring a high-performing sales team.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Aptitude to navigate complex organisations and hierarchies, and evidence of building multiple referenceable supporters.
- Can relate technical concepts to both non-technical and technical personas.
- Passionate, curious and with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Coachable, with a hunger to learn and develop.
- A true team player, with strong moral values that benefits the mutual success of the team, not only the individual.
- Expect (and hopefully enjoy) frequent travel.
- Experience with value-based selling methodologies like Force Management Command of the Message.
