Sales Development Executive

We’re building a new team at Run:ai and you are welcome to join The Sales Development 2.0 movement. 

What does it mean for you? What does the job include? Let’s start with what it doesn’t:

  • No “dialing and smiling” as if we are in 1980
  • No hoarding leads from ZoomInfo and blasting them with canned cold email cadences that land in the spam folder
  • Not being fed candid corny script and wishing you “the best of luck”

Instead: 

We are playing the new playbook of how Sales Development should be done, which means:

  • Quality > Quantity: You will Build, with our head of growth, a well-thought-out ICP messaging, and framework to make sure you reach out only to the right prospect at the right time of their buying journey
  • Training and guiding you to be a true subject matter expert in the field of AI so you can prospect without sounding like a boilerplate template
  • Having a small army of content, marketing operations, product marketing, and acquisition team at your disposal to provide you the means and air cover to prospect to ICPs that are in the ‘awareness’ stage or later 
  • Alley-oop on hundreds of inbound leads each month, from demo requests to professional content downloads, and dunkin’ them

 

Responsibilities

  • Generate Pipeline
  • Eat cake on company happy hours

Qualifications:

  • Curious, self-learner, and not afraid to learn highly technical terms and concepts
  • Independent, able to work solely on your own
  • High motivation and have “do whatever it takes” attitude to meet the quarterly goals
  • Technical attitude– You can squeeze the juice out of Sales Navigator and any sales-tech 
  • Native English/mother tongue level
  • Able to work US hours when needed (can be done from home)
  • At least 3 years experience in selling/prospecting/customer success roles in B2B software
