Marketing Operations and Growth Manager

Run:ai is seeking a Marketing Operations and Growth Manager who will help us turn our marketing department into a lean mean growth machine.

Working with the head of growth marketing, the Marketing Operations and Growth Manager will take ownership and execute on all things operations in our marketing campaigns, as well as be in charge of our paid media management, attribution, measurement, and reporting of the impact of our campaigns from brand to pipeline, to revenue.

The Marketing Operations and Growth Manager will work with internal team members from Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships teams, as well as external vendors, to make sure our programs are carried out in a timely manner and with the finest execution possible.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced, avid learner and dedicated self-starter who is looking to ditch the old b2b playbook, and take front row seat in carrying out marketing programs as they help carry out creative, fun (but no-fluff) marketing programs, that drive impact and revenue, in one of the most promising startups in the AI industry. 

Responsibilities:

  • Run our entire marketing stack: Hubspot, Outreach, Chili Piper, ABM tools, Salesforce (Marketing part), Zoominfo, etc. integration tools (Zapier, e.g.), and more
  • Oversee and manage paid media campaigns with the help of external vendors where needed
  • Technical responsibility for Run:ai’s website including Analytics, Integration with ABM tools, as well as leading new website developments from landing pages to entirely new sections
  • Oversee our email deliverability performance and make sure every email we send lands in our subscribers’ inbox
  • “Make things work”: develop workflows and interfaces between all parts of the marketing team: Demand, Content, Acquisition, UI, PMM, Sales Development, ABM
  • In charge of our CRM data quality, including appending and cleansing our ever-growing subscribers' and prospects database and ABM lists
  • Own the marketing ABM-research practice and be responsible for our “ABM Insights” database
  • Project management of our awesome marketing programs calendar, including collaboration with all stakeholders from Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, and Product teams

Requirements:

Must haves:

  • 3-5 years experience as Sales / Marketing operations lead in a fast-paced, startup environment 
  • 2-5 years experience in Paid Media Management (LinkedIn and Google Ads) 
  • Strong and technical (admin and up) knowledge of Hubspot, Salesforce, and Outreach / Salesloft 
  • Knowledge of marketing measurement models, attribution, and tracking (including FB/ LI/Google Pixels, offline conversions) 
  • Experience with integration tools such as - Tray.io, Zapier, Make/Integromat 
  • “Fluent” in excel (Pivot, Look Ups, cleanse, the works) 
  • High organizational skills. Experience working with Project Management tools such as Jira, and Monday.com

A big advantage:

  • Experience implementing marketing and sales workflows (from lead to opportunity stages, MEDDIC etc.) 
  • Familiar with front-end technologies and design concepts: HTML, JS, CSS, responsive designable to work with external developers
  • Familiar with Sales/Martech tools such as Lean Data, Zoominfo/ Clearbit, Chili Piper, Zapier, Gong, and Dreamdata 
  • Fluent and presentable in English - able to present and explain new concepts to new team members over zoom and F2F
