We are seeking a talented and ambitious Product Manager specialized in Growth to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager focused on Growth, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion and scalability of our SaaS platform. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase user acquisition, retention, and engagement, ultimately fueling the growth of our customer base and revenue.
What you’ll be doing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends.Prioritize features, set release schedules, and manage dependencies.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success. Facilitate communication and collaboration between these teams to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap.Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Work with engineering and design teams to ensure that the product is built to meet the defined requirements and quality standards.Once the product is launched, monitor its performance and gather user feedback. Analyze key metrics, such as user engagement, retention, and revenue, and use this data to make informed decisions about future iterations and improvements.Manage the entire lifecycle of a product, from initial release to eventual retirement or replacement. Constantly seek opportunities to improve the product and its performance. Gather feedback, conduct market research, and stay updated on industry trends to identify areas for innovation and enhancement. What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Proven track record of at least 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on growth initiatives, preferably within the SaaS industry.Experience building self-serve product led growth strategies and customer onboarding funnels.Deep understanding of growth hacking techniques, user acquisition strategies, and retention tactics.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.Experience with agile development methodologies and product management best practices.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results in a rapidly evolving market.Passion for innovation, technology, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
