Job Description:

As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining, shaping, and driving the product strategy for our AI/ML-driven applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and design, to deliver industry-leading software products. This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, software development processes, and a proven track record of bringing successful software products to market.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Sanas Windows desktop application that align with the company's goals and market demands.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and document detailed product requirements, ensuring alignment with AI/ML capabilities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging AI/ML technologies to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Guide the development process, ensuring that AI/ML algorithms and software components are designed and implemented effectively.
  • Work closely with the QA team to establish quality standards and ensure that the product meets defined quality criteria.
  • Champion a user-centric approach by conducting user research, gathering feedback, and making data-driven decisions to improve the product's usability and performance.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and product launch plans.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and drive product optimization.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager in the software industry, with a focus on Windows desktop applications.
  • Previous experience as a software developer is a significant advantage.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering software products from concept to market.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
