Software Co-op: Machine Learning Operations (September 2023 Term)

Your New Role and Team
Our Machine Learning Operations team is looking to hire a Software Co-op student. Reporting to the ML Operations Lead, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of the process of training, testing, deploying and optimizing the machine learning models that power our general-purpose robots.

The best candidates for this role have excellent software development and machine learning skills and hand-on experience in model deployment and optimization. You’ll be a valued contributor as you learn to automate and test model training and deployment to drive continuous improvements in our robotic systems.

  • Your Experience
    Qualifications and Skills
  • Pursuing or completing a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field
  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Tensorflow and PyTorch
  • Experience with training and deploying machine learning models
  • Familiarity with ML Ops platforms such as Weights & Biases or ClearML
  • Familiarity with robotics (ROS)
