We are seeking a Senior Technical Writer who is passionate about creating and managing product documentation through close collaboration with Tech, Product, Marketing and Customer Success. You'll play a pivotal role in constructing an outstanding educational journey and the main source of information for our users.

This role is designed for a proactive, creative and technically adept individual eager to play a transformative role in our Product team. If you're passionate about creating educational and informational content, and have a knack for making complex technical concepts accessible, we'd love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

• Own the structure, information architecture and technical styling of how we present and write our documentation
• Write compelling technical materials, including documentation, blogs, articles, and guides, ensuring they're engaging, accurate, and accessible
• Manage the documentation process, inclusive of tooling and hold our internal teams to standards of writing appropriate content for our users while elevating the experience for developers, data scientists, customers and community members engaging with our content 
• Work in tandem with internal teams to ensure our messaging is consistent and impactful to developers, data scientists and business users alike

What you will bring to the team

• Demonstrated experience in creating top-tier technical documentation and educational content. Your portfolio should reflect your ability to break down complex topics into user-friendly content
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. You should be able to create visual aids like diagrams and charts to complement your written content
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, English, or related experience, who can understand complex technical concepts and articulate them clearly and concisely

Bonus points for having

• • A track record of creating engaging educational content such as blogs, and sample code
  • Familiarity with git-based workflows for version control
  • A solid grasp of the MLOps landscape or adjacent technologies such as Kubernetes, Cloud Native tooling, Data Science, or Machine Learning like you'll be documenting
  • Active participation in or contributions to customer-focused roles, communities or projects, especially those aligned with our domain
